Why Heldinside Exists

Heldinside was created to give those words and moments a place to live. We connect personalized gifts with a private digital page where customers can add more of the story behind the gift.

The Heldinside Digital VAULT
Every Heldinside personalized product includes access to a Digital VAULT. Customers can add supported videos, photos, an online-recorded voice message, and a personal note, then return later to edit, add, replace, or remove supported content whenever they want while the service remains available. Customers can return later to manage supported content as their story continues.
The Digital Vault is part of the gift experience, not a public social-media profile. Included access and the meaning of “lifetime” storage are explained in our Terms & Conditions.
Private and Unlisted by Default
A Digital Vault is unlisted by default and is not designed to appear in public search results. Anyone who has the QR code or unique link may be able to open it, so customers should share access carefully.
Where available, an optional PIN can add another layer of access control. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable safeguards and explain how information is handled in our Privacy Policy.
Personalized With Care
Every physical product is made to order using the personalization submitted by the customer. We encourage customers to review names, dates, photos, messages, product options, and the delivery address carefully before completing checkout.
Our goal is to present products honestly, explain production and delivery expectations clearly, and provide a fair process when something goes wrong. Details are available in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Replacement Policy.
Respectful and Responsible Sharing
Heldinside is designed for meaningful personal expression. Customers must have the necessary rights and permissions for uploaded or submitted content and must not use our products or services for unlawful, abusive, exploitative, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material.

Heldinside is a brand operated by the Chinese parent company, Fuzhou Juliu Juliang Trading Co., Ltd., and its Australian subsidiary, HJ UNITRADE PTY LTD. Fuzhou Juliu Juliang Trading Co., Ltd. is the Chinese company responsible for operating Heldinside and serving customers in Australia and select international markets, such as the United States. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the checkout page, Fuzhou Juliu Juliang Trading Co., Ltd. and HJ UNITRADE PTY LTD are the actual contracting parties.
Some products may be produced in the United States, while production or fulfillment location can vary by product, personalization, destination, and available capacity.
