No. Simply personalize your memorial light and place your order first. After checkout, we’ll guide you through creating your Memory VAULT and adding your memories.

2. What can I add to the Memory VAULT?

You can add your favorite photos, videos, voice messages, and a heartfelt written message to create a personal space filled with the memories that matter most.

3. What if I don’t have a voice recording?

That’s completely okay. A video, a collection of photos, or a written memory can be just as meaningful. A voice recording is not required.

4. Do I need an app to scan the QR code?

No app is needed. Simply open your smartphone’s camera and point it at the QR code to access the Memory VAULT.

5. Can I update the memories later?

Yes. You can return to your Memory VAULT and update its content whenever you’d like. Follow the access instructions provided when you create your page.

6. Who can open the Memory VAULT?

The Memory VAULT is private and not publicly listed. Only people who have access to the QR code or its unique link can open it, so we recommend sharing it only with people you trust.

7. Will the QR code scan while the light is on?

Yes. The QR code is designed to scan whether the memorial light is turned on or off. For the best results, hold your phone steady and make sure the entire QR code is visible in the camera.

8. How does it work if I’m giving the light as a gift?

After checkout, the buyer creates the Memory VAULT and adds the desired videos, photos, or written message. Once the gift arrives, the recipient can scan the QR code on the memorial light to open and revisit those memories.

9. What should I do if the QR code is damaged or no longer scans?

Please contact us at support@heldinside.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged QR code. Our support team will review the issue and help you with the appropriate solution.

10. What should I do if I haven’t received my Memory VAULT setup link?

First, check the inbox, spam, junk, and promotions folders for the email address used at checkout. If you still cannot find the setup email, contact us at support@heldinside.com with your order number and checkout email address so we can help you access your setup link.

11. Can personalized products be returned or exchanged?

Because each item is made specifically for you, personalized products generally cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, incorrect information entered during personalization, or the selection of an incorrect option. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved personalization, please contact us so we can review the issue. 12. Are there format, file size, or quantity limits for uploads?

Yes. The supported file formats and the current size and quantity limits are displayed on the Memory VAULT setup page when you upload your content. If a file is not accepted, try using a supported format, reducing its file size, or uploading fewer files at one time. If you still need help, contact us at support@heldinside.com .

13. How long will my Memory VAULT remain available?

Your Digital VAULT remains available while the Heldinside Digital VAULT service is offered, subject to our Terms & Conditions. Once setup is complete and your page is published, it can be opened through the QR code or its unique link. If the service changes materially, we will provide notice and any available instructions.
